We will be the liaison between you and the contractors to keep you informed on every step of the project and expedite any issues that arise.

By registering on this website and paying for the services of Luxury Domain, I understand and agree that Luxury Domain shall not be responsible for the actions of any third party not under the direct control and supervision of Luxury Domain.

Further, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Luxury Domain harmless to the extent possible under applicable law from and against any and all judgments, fines, penalties, claims and any other amounts reasonably incurred or suffered, including attorneys' fees, in connection with the services provided by Luxury Domain.

This indemnification includes any claims available to me, my agents, assigns, invitees, licensees and trespassers, arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of my relationship with Luxury Domain. These agreements and obligations shall continue for so long as Luxury Domain may be subject to any possible action, suit, proceeding or other assertion of a claim or claims.

The rights and remedies of Luxury Domain shall not be deemed to exclude or impair any other rights or remedies to which Luxury Domain may be entitled under any other agreement, provision of law or otherwise, nor shall anything contained herein restrict my right to indemnify Luxury Domain in any proper case even though not specifically provided for herein, nor shall anything contained herein restrict Luxury Domain’s right to contribution available to it under applicable law.
